Journal of Digital Market and Digital Currency (JDMDC) is an open-access journal. All articles published by JDMDC are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain the copyright to their work. By publishing in JDMDC, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and identify itself as the original publisher of the work.
LICENSE TO PUBLISH
1. License
Upon acceptance for publication, the author grants Journal of Digital Market and Digital Currency (JDMDC) a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, index, and make the article publicly available in all forms and media. The published article will be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.
2. Author's Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, has not been previously published except where properly disclosed, is not under consideration elsewhere, does not infringe any copyright or other legal rights of third parties, and that all necessary permissions for copyrighted materials have been obtained. The corresponding author further confirms that all co-authors have approved the submitted manuscript.
3. User Rights
Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), users are free to copy, distribute, share, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), JDMDC is acknowledged as the original publisher, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:
- Copyright and all other proprietary rights relating to the article, including patent rights where applicable.
- The right to reuse the article or parts of it in future books, lectures, dissertations, and other scholarly works.
- The right to reproduce, distribute, and share the article for personal, educational, or professional purposes.
- The right to deposit and self-archive any version of the article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites with appropriate citation of the published version.
5. Co-Authorship
For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have approved the final manuscript and have authorized its submission and publication under the terms of this agreement.
6. Retraction and Termination
The rights granted under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) are irrevocable, provided that the license terms are respected. JDMDC reserves the right to retract published articles in accordance with internationally accepted publication ethics in cases such as plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of research misconduct.
7. Royalties
Authors will receive no royalties or other financial compensation for publication. JDMDC does not claim exclusive commercial rights over published articles beyond the non-exclusive publishing rights granted by the authors.
8. Miscellaneous
JDMDC may edit accepted manuscripts for formatting, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style without altering their scientific content. Published articles are made freely and permanently accessible to readers without subscription or access fees. This agreement shall be governed by the principles of open-access scholarly publishing and the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
